PTL Staffing & Events launches is PTL WEST COAST DIVISION and welcomes James Davenport as its Director of West Coast Operations. PTL will feature it's Power, Truth & Love Board to service the elegant clientele of Los Angeles and the West Coast. YSL has contracted PTL to provide model servers from PTL's West Coast Power Board to serve the editors of Los Angeles & their guests at their Beverly Hills Boutique for Vogue's Fashion's Night Out 2010!
